Halloween Puzzle???

I found the recipe for this in a Taste of Home Halloween Book but I don't think I'll be trying it again. I guess I forgot that I don't even like making just simple sugar cookies with icing and this was much worse than that! It's suppose to look like a puzzle but there are some pieces that are hard to recognize, like the one in the middle-that's suppose to be a witch. And the two above the haunted house are bats. The things in the middle of each cutout are almonds which are the handles for the "puzzle pieces." In the picture the sky looks like chocolate but it's really purple. Oh well, I think Market Basket Thumbprint Cookies would have been a better idea. Arghhh! Now I get to clean up the mess I've made in my kitchen!
