Last Thursday I went to the hospital for an arteriogram and ended up with one stent in my heart. I was kind of surprised to find out that I had 80% blockage in one of my arteries since I had never had chest pains at all. That kind of problem does run in my family so because of that I had gone in for a stress test which showed some blockage. Anyway, now I feel like I'm on the road to recovery. It really made me feel wiped out for most of this week, but then yesterday I was able to start walking again so Johnny and our friends Joanne and Carl walked with me and we made a mile - a kind of slow mile, but still a mile!
Above all do not lose your desire to walk. Everyday I walk myself into a state of well being and walk away from every illness. I have walked myself into my best thoughts and I know of no thought so burdensome that one cannot walk away from it. But by sitting still, and the more one sits still, the closer one comes to feeling ill...if one keeps on walking everything will be alright.- Soren Kierkegaard.

Oh my! Sending hugs and prayers for a quick and full recovery. And now I had better get out for my walk.
Blessings, my friend. Take care of yourself.
Oh, gosh, I am so glad they caught this before you had symptoms!! How long were you in the hospital? Sounds like you are doing great, wonderful!!!
